Vision Boardly is operated by Vyda Labs LTD. Your data is the responsibility of Vision Boardly and its affiliated companies.

Vision Boardly is available on iOS, Android and the web.

Information we collect

We collect your account email; your boards, with their images, dates and captions; your goals, tasks and habits; your mood entries; your text and voice journal entries and personal lessons; your affirmations; your profile choices, including faith or belief, lucky colour and zodiac sign; and any message you send us.

Sensitive information

Faith or belief and mood entries are sensitive. You choose whether to provide them, they are used only to personalise your own app, and you can change or delete them anytime.

Who helps us run the service

We use your information only to run Vision Boardly for you. A small number of providers help, each for one role: a payment provider (card numbers never reach our servers), a hosting and database provider, an email delivery provider for sign-in codes and reminders, a speech-to-text provider for voice journaling, an AI image generation provider, and an image search provider.

Images are compressed before they are stored.

What we do not do

The app uses no analytics and no advertising, and we never sell personal data. The app uses essential sign-in cookies only.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. It is deleted when you delete your account or ask us to delete it.

The visionboardly.app website

The visionboardly.app website uses cookies that collect your browser type, IP address and location. This data is used for training and marketing purposes.

This data is not sold to third parties.

Your choices

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, a correction or its deletion. Email manifest@visionboardly.app and we reply within 24 hours, every day.
