Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to Vision Boardly, including the website at visionboardly.app and the web app at app.visionboardly.app. Vision Boardly is operated by Vyda Labs LTD. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older to use Vision Boardly. Vision Boardly is available on iOS, Android and the web.

What Vision Boardly provides

Vision Boardly is a personal practice tool for vision boards, goals, tracking, journaling and affirmations. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Some features create images with AI. AI-generated images may be imperfect, so check any image before you rely on it.

Your content and your rights

You keep every right you already have in the images, words and entries you add. Vision Boardly does not claim ownership of them.

You give us permission to process your content for one purpose only: running the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not upload or create content that is unlawful, hateful or sexual, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Content that breaks this rule may be removed.

Trial, plans and billing

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial, and no card is required. When the trial ends, you cannot create or download until you upgrade to a paid plan. The app has no free tier. The free tools on visionboardly.app remain free.

Plans are weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions at the price shown at checkout. They renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues to the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds and Sparks are covered in our Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vision Boardly available, but we cannot guarantee it is always available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
