Vision Board Mood Tracker
Map your daily moods across the month and bring more aligned energy to your vision board.
The Vision Board Mood Tracker gives you a simple way to see how your days feel across a whole month. Pick one of five moods, tap a day to color it in, and a calendar of your emotional weather takes shape in a few seconds a day.
Patterns are the point. The feelings you return to most often show you what your vision board could reach for next. Once you can see them, you can choose images, words, and goals that invite more of the energy you want in your life.
Use it for one month or come back month after month across the year. Gentle awareness is the aim, and every square you fill adds to a clearer picture of you.
How to use this tracker
Choose a mood from the legend above the calendar, then tap any day to color it in. Tap the same day again to clear it. Switch the selected mood whenever you like, and the next day you tap takes the new color.
Use the arrows beside the month label to move between months. Write a short reflection in the box below the calendar whenever a pattern catches your eye. To keep the month, tap Save as Image for a square 1080 by 1080 picture that sits neatly beside your vision board, or tap Print for a paper copy. Share sends the image to a friend or to your favorite app. Reset Month clears the current month after a quick confirmation, and your other months stay as they are.
Each visit starts fresh, so save the image before you close the page. The Vision Boardly app keeps every mood you log, dated and ready to revisit.
The five mood states
Joyful marks your bright, high-energy days. Ideas flow easily and visualizing feels light and natural.
Content is steady and grounded. It is quietly important, because calm, settled days are where a regular practice grows.
Neutral is the in-between day. It often signals that life has gone quiet and could use a fresh spark.
Low covers tender, slower days that call for rest and a little extra kindness toward yourself.
Difficult is for the days that ask the most of you. Logging them keeps the full picture in view, and your practice carries on right beside them.
Five states give you enough range to spot real patterns while keeping each daily check-in quick and light.
Connecting moods to your vision board
At the end of each month, look for clusters. If joyful days line up with creative work, your board may want more images of making things. If low days follow a crowded week, your board may want rest written into it. Pair this tracker with the Affirmation Generator to turn the patterns you notice into words you can repeat each day.
A weekly check-in works well. Pick the brightest day and the heaviest day from the past seven, then ask one question of each: what helped, and what weighed on me? Choose one small shift to carry into the coming week. Think of the tracker as useful information for shaping your practice.
The American Psychological Association offers a helpful overview of mood and emotion if you want to read further. Noticing how you feel, day by day, keeps your vision board connected to the life you are living right now. In the Vision Boardly app, mood tracking sits beside every board, so each month of patterns builds on the last.
